Could I change the date of my ticket? |

Currently,the ET accept your operation of change the date.(Change the departure time only, class price ,departure and arrival city will be fixed.)

How can I get a refund on my order? |

Please enter “My Bookings”, click the ticket that you want to refund, and then click “Refund” button. Please confirm your reservation information, then click “submit” to finish your refund。 All refunds will be transferred back to the original credit card or secured bank account(s) within three to seven working days。
