How To Make An Online Reservation? |

Before making online reservations with Air China’ Internet E-ticketing system, please take a moment to register as a first-time user. Completing and sending us your online information indicates your compliance with our service agreement and terms of conditions.
As you enter our home page, we invite you to try out our “Itinerary” page to select the departure and arrival cities; flight date; then “Flight” page select your flight; fare and the number of passengers in your group.
Next, “Passenger Info ”to complete the passenger’s name, current identification and contact information. Please make sure your information is correct so you can be noticed in case of any flight delay or flight cancellation.
Review your completed flight information. When payment for your flight is accepted, your online reservation is complete. You can check your reservation information online to make sure your information is correct – then exit.Please complete your check-in and boarding procedures with your validate documents between 30 and 90 minutes prior to flight departure. |

| Do I must complete my payment at once after reservation? |

Yes.You must complete your payment information within one hour of your flight selection or your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
