Online Reservations regulations:
Online Internet ticketing is a new customer service jointly offered by and participating financial institutions for online payment and offers immediate safe and secure airline ticketing.
- The system only for the Member to provide flight booking services. If you are not a member of CA Electronic Ticketing website, please register. Otherwise, you will have to inquire their flight and fare information only, not for booking operation.
- Basic rules of using CA ET:
(1) The ET can not be endorsed over other airlines.
(2) Please ensure that travel documents are available, effective.
(3) Users must present valid personal identification (i.e. passport) upon check-in and boarding. Passengers are responsible for current I.D. information.
(4) he validity of electronic tickets is the same with ordinary tickets.
(5) E-T expense account only will be got at the original airport once. Passengers will check-in return trip in according to this E-T expense account.
(6) CA will be irresponsible when passengers do not have a safekeeping of reimbursement vouchers leading to unmoral check in.
(7) For False documents cases of the use of electronic tickets will be sent to the police to deal with.
(8) Users should complete online payments after making their Internet reservation, otherwise that reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- Refunds:
Refunds (except discounted-fare ticket and group refunds) are divided into two categories: Voluntary and Involuntary. Voluntary refunds will pay the applicable service and communication charges by the Carrier in accordance with the time of refund made. Prior to 24 hours before departure of schedule, a 5% reduction of the paid fare will be levied. Within 24 to two hours before departure of the flight schedule, a 10% reduction will be levied and two hours prior to departure of the scheduled flight, a 20% reduction will be levied. After the departure of the flight as scheduled, a 50% reduction will be levied. No surcharges will be assessed for involuntary refunds.

E-ticket change application:
(1) Change applications are available for: changing flight or date.
(2) Passengers requesting changes to their E-tickets at the airport are kindly requested to go to Air China’airport E-Business service counter.

Limiting Condition:
The passengers using special fares should comply with the limiting conditions stipulated in the special fares. Limiting condition of the special fares in system, as shown in the table below:

The transportation contract of the ticket is available in one year from buying ticket to traveling. And the availability of the ticket could last for one year from the date when it is made out, if it has not used at all. |

- Child fares:
Children over 12 years of age or adults shall pay full fare. Accompanied children under 12 years of age but over two years of age shall pay 50% of full fare. Infants under two years of age - not occupying a separate seat and accompanied by an adult - shall pay 10% of the full fare. One infant paying 10% of the full fare shall be granted to one adult only. An unaccompanied minor or infant occupying a separate seat is required to pay 50% of the full fare.
